Alter Build is a very atypical developer. Unlike other developers, we focus on the revitalisation of historic buildings. We focus on preserving the environment and the historical value of buildings. We are not in a hurry to turn buildings into commercial facilities. We are very picky about our tenants and carefully select people who will work or live in our buildings. Each of our projects is a synthesis of history and modernity. First, we find historical monuments that are valuable to the city. Then we conduct an in-depth analysis, work with archives and historians to find and recreate the building as closely as possible to the way it was designed and built. And only then do we move on to the commercial component.
